After printing the CRJ 900 a year ago (Cura, Ender 3, PETG), I want to print the 700, but with the Prusa XL-5 and PolyAir 1.0. Since Cura doesn't support the XL, I'm trying it with the Prusa Clicker. I've already managed to get some things sorted, but I'm currently struggling with two issues: 1. On the fuselage, not only the ring rib is printed, but also the inner part of the first two ribs; this is unsightly, but it could be cut out. 2. The longitudinal ribs, which are printed in a U-shape, only adhere to each other at the beginning and end, but not the rest; see also the attached photo. I think this is problematic from a structural point of view.
Does anyone have any solutions for the Prusa settings for these two problems?
